What if nobody wants to be Coordinator of our local group?14 April 2011
First, speak to your Network Developer for advice on the role and possible recruitment options.
You can also find out more about what being a local group Coordinator actually involves, and the support available in the Coordinators Corner.
Don't forget too that tasks can be broken down and shared amongst the group, which helps to take some of the pressure off the Coordinator. Its also possible for a group to have two or three joint Coordinators - chat to your Network Developer if you'd like to explore this option.
