How much did Friends of the Earth spend in the last financial year?

The total expenditure for the year ending 31 May 2006 was £9.5 million.

Friends of the Earth Limited spent £5,121,549:

Friends of the Earth Trust, our registered charity, spent £4,347,134:

Both Friends of the Earth Trust and Limited are mainly funded from supporter contributions. 90% of our income comes from individual supporters.

Although we are very effective, we have limited resources compared to many of the organisations we need to influence.

We therefore rely on the support of people like you to help put a stop to environmentally damaging activities.

The best way to give to Friends of the Earth is a monthly donation by Direct Debit
