How can I leave money to you in my will?

If you make a gift to Friends of the Earth we will invest the money in our environmental campaigns and research. We will make your gift work for the future

Friends of the Earth is split into two bodies:

Friends of the Earth Limited is a registered company. Its activities include campaigning and political lobbying. 

Friends of the Earth Trust is a registered charity. Its activities include public education and research.

If your estate will not incur inheritance tax you may wish to leave your gift to Friends of the Earth Limited.

If your estate is likely to incur inheritance tax you may wish to leave your gift to Friends of the Earth Trust – which is exempt from inheritance tax. 

If you would like to leave a gift please state in your will whether you would like it to be left to either:
