For primary school children, try Mad about Food. This free leaflet opens out to make a colourful A3 poster with useful facts and suggestions.
For adults and children over twelve see Food and Farming (PDF - 304K) - a great introduction to this major environmental issue.
The food we eat is great for twelve to sixteen year olds. It fits into any area of the school curriculum. The activities are paper-based, practical, co-operative and fun.
