Gerry Keane of The Anchor said:
“In this, the first organic beer festival in the UK, we have been amazed by the interest not only from the punters but the brewers themselves. We have 12 brews from all over the country and this could be the start of an annual event.”

Nick Whittingham of Birmingham Friends of the Earth said
“Real Food week is an opportunity to promote food people want - not food multinational companies want us to eat. This is a great way of showing that organic produce is mainstream and growing from strength to strength.

Molly Murtagh from The Warehouse cafe said:
“Organic food is the food of the future and we are aiming to be 100% organic.”
