Appeals against Newbury Evictions
6 February 1996
Protesters from the six camps that had High Court Eviction Orders made against them last week are to appeal. Notification has been sent to the Treasury solicitor, Department of Transport, Newbury Police Station and the Under Sherriff for the Royal County of Berkshire requesting that they desist from enforcing any current orders regarding the areas in dispute.
