Foe repeats "prosecute or we will" ultimatum

Responding to accusations earlier today by Jeff Rooker, Shadow Leader of the House, of a "cover-up" over the Sea Empress oil spill last year, Tony Juniper, Campaigns Director at Friends of the Earth said:
"The failure to produce the results of the official investigation after more than a year is simply not good enough. There needs to be a proper public debate to make sure that this kind of disaster never happens again. If the Government can't get its act together and fails to prosecute all those involved then Friends of the Earth will take legal action in mid-April"
