Ken Livingstone's transport manifesto would put London in the fast lane

29 March 2012

Responding to the launch of Ken Livingstone's transport manifesto today, Friends of the Earth's London Campaigner, Jenny Bates said:

"Ken Livingstone's transport plans would make it cheaper and easier for people to travel round the capital and put London in the fast lane of tackling air pollution and climate change.

"It's a vast improvement on Boris Johnson's dead-end transport plans that would simply clog the capital with more traffic, congestion and pollution."
