Green is working gallery - HIDDEN
Friends of the Earth local groups took part in a Day of Action on 13 October 2012, to show the Government and MPs that green is working.
People queued up in green hard hats outside job centres and MP offices. The message - there are already nearly 1 million green jobs.
The stunt played on Saatchi & Saatchi's 'Labour isn't Working' poster from the 1979 election.
Others staged a tug of war with George Osborne look-a-likes - wrestling back the future of the green economy from the anti-environmental Chancellor.
Friends of the Earth also held a national action as part of Stop Climate Chaos. Please ask your MP to ensure the Government supports clean energy businesses.
